BASF Ultrafuse® PPSU

BASF Ultrafuse® PPSU is a polyphenylsulfone-based 3D printing filament developed specifically for FDM technology. One of its most important characteristics is fire resistance. The filament complies with the EN 45545-2 railway classification and has been approved for use during the manufacture of rail vehicles operating both on the surface and underground. Ultrafuse® PPSU also stands out with excellent thermal stability, good chemical resistance, and high strength.

The Ultrafuse® PPSU can be used to 3D print functional parts, which require resistance to high temperatures and should also minimize the risk of spreading fire in emergency scenarios. The filament comes in the natural yellow/brown color.
